Ask a bar about its own token and you get a round number. Our How to Buy guide says Ripsaw Token has “approximately 1 billion tokens.” The Solana blockchain gives a sharper answer. It says 997,206,879.64043409 $RIP exists right now, and the mint authority on that token is null. Nobody can print another one.
Quick Answer: Ripsaw Token ($RIP) is an SPL token on Solana with the mint address KCtkoQysUHvmFFUmngTC3BFxPunHWgHHzFmGeDVTLPF. Chain data read on October 5, 2026 shows a total supply of 997,206,879.64043409 tokens spread across 56 funded accounts, with both mint authority and freeze authority revoked. The largest holder account controls 939,648,564.63 $RIP, which is 94.23% of the supply.
How does the Ripsaw Token work on Solana?
Ripsaw Token is an SPL token, the standard token format on Solana. Every $RIP that exists sits in a token account tracked by the SPL Token program, and that program lives on the same network that settles SOL payments.
The design is plain on purpose. A token has a mint, a supply, and a set of accounts. Each account has an owner. That is the entire machine.
- Mint address: KCtkoQysUHvmFFUmngTC3BFxPunHWgHHzFmGeDVTLPF
- Decimals: 9
- Total supply: 997,206,879.64043409
- Mint authority: revoked
- Freeze authority: revoked
- Funded accounts: 56
We read those values from the public Solana JSON-RPC endpoint on October 5, 2026. No login, no key, no permission. One request returns all of it.
What the mint address records on chain
The mint account holds the authoritative record of supply. Ours reports nine decimals, which is why the figure carries so many digits after the point. It also reports two authority fields, and both come back empty.
That detail separates a real supply number from a promise. A mint authority of null means the supply cannot grow. A freeze authority of null means no account can be frozen. Both are permanent once set to null.
Why a revoked mint authority matters
Plenty of tokens launch with the mint key still live. Whoever holds that key can dilute every holder by minting more. Ours is gone.
That does not make $RIP valuable. It does make the supply of 997,206,879.64043409 final, and it means the number in our guide and the number on the chain can be reconciled by anyone with a browser.
What does a $RIP tip actually look like at the bar?
Here is the whole thing, from the stool to the ledger. We run this at 1117 Railroad Ave in Prentice, and the on-chain half works the same way on any given night.
The customer side
A server drops a check presenter with a QR code printed on it. The code points at that server’s own Solana wallet, not the bar’s.
- Scan the QR code with a Solana wallet such as Phantom.
- Enter a tip amount. We suggest percentages so nobody has to do arithmetic at the table.
- Confirm the transaction. It settles in seconds for a fraction of a cent.
Cash still works. Cards still work. The QR code is one more option on the table, and it is the only one where the money reaches the server before the plate is cleared.
What the chain records when you tip
The network stores the transfer, the timestamp, and both wallet addresses. It does not store the customer’s name, the drink order, or the size of the tip. Those stay in the room.
The staff side
Each server holds their own wallet. They can convert to dollars the same night or keep the $RIP and watch where it goes. That choice belongs to them, which is the point.

Who actually holds 997 million $RIP today?
We counted every token account tied to the mint. Sixty-four exist. Fifty-six hold a balance. The other eight sit at zero.
| Holder | $RIP held | Share of supply |
|---|---|---|
| Largest account | 939,648,564.63 | 94.23% |
| Second account | 25,563,049.40 | 2.56% |
| Third account | 24,191,940.40 | 2.43% |
| Top three combined | 989,403,554.43 | 99.22% |
| Remaining 53 funded accounts | 7,803,325.21 | 0.78% |

The distribution, account by account
The middle of this distribution is tiny. The median funded account holds exactly 1.0 $RIP. Forty-seven of the 56 funded accounts hold fewer than 100 tokens.
So the honest picture holds two groups. A few large addresses, and a long tail of wallets carrying pocket change. That is what a tip token looks like after nine months of use, counting from the first transaction we can see on the mint.
Reading the concentration correctly
A single account holding 94.23% looks alarming until you know what sits in it. Our own guide names LunarPump.fun as the trading venue, and a venue that runs a swap pool has to custody the tokens that back it.
We cannot prove from the chain alone who controls that top account. We can say it exists, it is large, and its address is public. Check it before you draw a conclusion.
What the chain cannot tell you
It cannot tell you intent. A pooled account and a whale account look identical in the data. Only the owner knows which one it is, and only later transactions show how the balance moves.
How do you verify any of this yourself?
You do not need a wallet or an account. The Solana JSON-RPC endpoint answers anyone. Three calls cover supply, holders, and history.
Three calls, no login
- Call getTokenSupply with the mint address to return the exact supply and decimals.
- Call getProgramAccounts against the SPL Token program, filtered to the mint and a data size of 165 bytes, to list every token account.
- Call getSignaturesForAddress on the mint to pull the transaction history and its dates.
Each call returns JSON. The supply call reports 997,206,879.64043409 tokens, the account call returns 64 rows, and the history call returns 220 signatures going back to December 22, 2025.
Reading the JSON that comes back
Look for three fields first: decimals, supply, and mintAuthority. If mintAuthority reads null, the supply is fixed. Everything else is bookkeeping.
The full method list lives in the Solana JSON-RPC documentation. See also our step-by-step guide to buying $RIP and the Ripsaw Token Stories page.
Frequently asked questions
How many Ripsaw Tokens exist?
997,206,879.64043409 as of October 5, 2026, according to the token’s mint account on Solana. That is 2,793,120.36 fewer than the one billion our guide rounds to. The gap reflects how the supply was set at launch. It is not a second, conflicting figure.
Who controls the Ripsaw Token mint?
Nobody. The mint authority field reads null, so no new $RIP can be created. The freeze authority reads null as well, so no holder account can be shut down by the issuer.
What is the Ripsaw Token mint address?
KCtkoQysUHvmFFUmngTC3BFxPunHWgHHzFmGeDVTLPF. It runs on Solana with nine decimals and is traded on LunarPump.fun.
Can you spend Ripsaw Token at the bar?
Yes. We take $RIP for tips, and the token also backs drink discounts and the Ripsaw Ripper browser game. Our regular hours are Monday and Thursday through Sunday from 2 PM until close, and we are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. The phone behind the bar is (715) 428-2042.
