Everything on our menu is fried in 100% beef tallow. No vegetable oil in our kitchen.
Appetizers
- Beef Tallow Wings — Available in buffalo, BBQ, garlic parmesan, or plain. Served with ranch or blue cheese.
- Beer Battered Onion Rings — Hand-battered in beef tallow. Crispy and golden.
- Cheese Curds — Wisconsin white cheddar curds, beer-battered and fried in beef tallow.
- Pickle Chips — Dill pickle slices, beer-battered and fried golden.
Sandwiches & Mains
- Fish Fry — Our signature. Walleye or cod, beer-battered and fried in beef tallow. Served with fries, coleslaw, and rye bread.
- Beef Tallow Burger — Fresh ground beef, fried on the griddle. Add cheese, bacon, or mushrooms.
- Chicken Sandwich — Grilled or crispy, your choice. Served with fries.
- Grilled Cheese — Wisconsin cheddar on Texas toast. Simple and right.
Drinks
- Wisconsin Old Fashioned — Made with brandy, muddled orange and cherry. Sweet or sour, your call. This is how we do it in Wisconsin.
- Lemon Drop Shot — Our twist: tequila instead of vodka. Fresh lemon juice, triple sec, sugar rim.
- Bloody Mary — Pepper-infused vodka, house mix, loaded garnish. A meal in a glass.
- Beer on Tap — Rotating Wisconsin craft selections. Ask what’s on.
- Ripsaw Token — Tip your bartender with Solana. $RIP accepted at the bar.
